How is Treatment with SureSmile® Performed?
SureSmile® clear aligners work by progressively moving your teeth into the proper alignment. Based on dental x-rays and digital imaging, our cosmetic dentist will formulate your treatment plan. You will wear your aligners for 20 to 22 hours a day, only removing them when eating and brushing your teeth. As you progress through each set of aligners, your teeth will gently be repositioned until the desired alignment is achieved. On average, treatment is complete within 9 to 12 months. Once your orthodontic plan is complete, wearing your retainers at night is vital to preserving your new smile.
